Role Purpose
The Client Service Manager is the heartbeat of our office, ensuring that our clients feel like part of the Strata family from their very first interaction. This role is designed for a proactive, tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced, paperless environment and embodies our commitment to excellence and transparency.
Core Responsibilities
- Client Connection: Greet clients with genuine warmth and professionalism, managing all phone and email communications with tact and courtesy.
- Operational Excellence: Expertly schedule meetings and appointments while setting up virtual environments (Zoom, Google Meet, Joan) for seamless collaboration.
- Administrative Command: Provide high-level clerical support, including scanning documents to maintain our 100% paperless standard and producing accurate meeting minutes/agendas.
- System Integrity: Manage data within CRM and G Suite systems, ensuring all paperwork and applications are filled out with meticulous attention to detail.
- Team Support: Anticipate the needs of the executive team and jump in to support shared successes and challenges.
Requirements & Competencies

- Experience: Prior experience in finance or the life insurance industry is preferred but not required.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office, G Suite, and CRM systems.

- Professionalism: A clean, tidy appearance and a commitment to maintaining total client confidentiality.
Dog Lover: Must be enthusiastic about working in a dog-friendly office environment.

Salary: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00/year (with an increase if you obtain your LLQP license!).
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (40 hours per week).
